She was born to Ronald Glen Moulton and Evelyn Evans Brereton on March 29, 1974. She was the sixth of nine children. She was raised in Provo, Utah. She was always a happy and loving child, and very smart! She married Don Harvey on June 27, 2008, adding his 4 children to the family. Don and Claudia met at the Provo Post Office where they have worked for many years. Claudia was in her 30th year with the postal service at the time of her death.

Claudia was a charismatic, charming individual who loved life. Her easy-going and humorous nature was infectious, creating a comfortable, happy atmosphere wherever she went. Her motto was, "Strangers are just friends I haven't met yet.” Whether you were a family member, a coworker, or even a stranger, Claudia was happy to spend time talking with you as if you were an old friend.

Claudia is survived by her husband Don Harvey of Payson, Utah; two children Rhett of Garland, Utah and Alesha of Garland, Utah; four stepchildren Matthew of Payson; Candace (Jesse) of Cedar City; Riley of American Fork and Savannah of Provo; along with eight grandchildren.
